REFUND POLICY
It is the customers responsibility to check goods on arrival to ensure no breakages have occurred in transit AND the item is not faulty. Any damaged or faulty items must be reported within our 14-day return period for all online purchases (except sale items). Do not attempt any returns until you have contacted us first. You will then have an additional 7 days to return the items to us. The shipping cost to return the items to us will be at your own expense. Items for exchange will only be accepted if the item is unused and new and must be in the same condition in which you received them, which means they must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags and packaging intact.
DAMAGED AND FAULTY ITEMS
Faulty Items: If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately and provide information regarding the damage or fault with images if possible. If the item needs to be returned to Bub & Ma, the damaged or faulty item must be sent back prior to a replacement product is shipped out to you. Please note that Bub & Ma is not responsible for any breakages or damage that occur due to reckless usage. Manufacturing faults will be referred to the manufacturer to improve our products in the future and will be replaced.
At times, it could be possible that the item you want in exchange, is no longer available. If this occurs we will contact you within 48 hours to offer an alternative suggestion, alternatively we can cancel your order and refund your money at this point.
No refunds or exchanges will be given on sale items. Sale items cannot be placed on back order.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct with clearly listed. For example is you live in an apartment block please be sure to list your address with the apartment or unit number followed by the building number.
Eg. Apt 4/505 Example Street. Your City, Your Country. Please also be sure to list your postcode. If your address requires update prior to the order being shipped please contact us immediately to update to your new delivery address. Additional shipping fees may apply if redelivery is required.
