Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging, to be eligible for a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return or have questions or concerns, you can contact us via (enquiry@bubandma.com). We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send any item(s) back until you contact us and outline the issue so we can properly action this return for you.

Shipping costs and any transaction fees (such as PayPal fees) are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, we will deduct the cost of shipping and transaction fees from your refund. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and if the return or exchange was approved. If approved, we will automatically refund you on your original payment method or replace the item.

Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

Faulty, Damaged or Wrong Product Return

If you have received a faulty/damaged/wrong item - 

We take great care to ensure our products are of the highest quality. However, if you find fault with any of our products, we will replace it.

Please inspect your products upon receiving your parcel. Contact us immediately via (enquiry@bubandma.com) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product/colour so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
