Is Bub & Ma an international business?

Bub & Ma is an international business that is Australian owned with our HQ and main operations located in Singapore to better service the region.

How do I edit my contact details?

To edit your contact details, the first step is to head up to our person icon in our top navigation and log into your account. Then if you select Your Details from your account drop down menu (top left of our navigation) you will be directed to your profile page. From here you will be able to edit your contact details.

If you are still unable to edit your contact details, please email enquiry@bubandma.com for further help.

How do I unsubscribe from the Bub & Ma Newsletter?

Open any newsletter sent to you by Bub & Ma then scroll to the bottom of the newsletter and click 'Unsubscribe'.

Please allow up to 3 business days for the subscription removal to become effective.

I need help with my order, who do I contact?

Visit our Contact Us page or email enquiry@bubandma.com quoting your Order # in the Subject Line

How do I create a new account?

If you head over to the right hand side of our top navigation on the Bub & Ma website, you will see the icon of a person. If you click on this icon, a menu will drop down giving you the option to either log in, or create an account. Please click create an account to make your Bub & Ma profile.

Has my order been successful?

All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes. If you have not received your order confirmation email, check your email junk or spam folder. Alternatively, Login to your account to check My Orders.
