Due to delivery demands, please allow additional time for delivery to ensure your order gets to you safely and contact-free during this period. All orders are being shipped through our global partners including DHL Express, USPS, Australia Post and Royal Mail.

Shipping prices

Standard shipping is a flat rate of  $5 SGD for Singapore 


Estimated shipping times

Due to demand, we aim to dispatch all orders within 5 business days.
Your items may be split across different parcels due to warehouse availability.
Orders are shipped from our warehouses based in Singapore. Estimated shipping times are based on city and inner city locations, if you live regionally please allow additional time for delivery.
Warehouse processing, clearance and custom delays are not included in the above estimated delivery times.

Custom's fees

Depending on where you live, there may be international custom clearance fees for your parcel to clear customs. These fees vary based on the value of your parcel and where possible, we will try to absorb some of these costs. Customers are responsible for these costs and will be contacted by DHL if required.

Once we ship your package, you will receive more details to track your order on our website via the "Track My Order" link.


Shipping address

We currently do not ship to PO Box addresses, please provide a full street address to ensure your order gets to you without delays.

Changing my shipping details

As we aim to dispatch your order quickly and shipping addresses are final once your order has been shipped. To avoid delivery delays, we ask you to check these details are correct before confirming your order. Any amendments to shipping details are required to be email to enquiry@bubandma.com for approval. We do not accept responsibility for any incorrect shipping addresses. Additional funds may occur to reship orders.

Cancelling my order

Once your order is confirmed, all cancellation and refund requests are required to be emailed to Bub & Ma and our team will be in touch shortly if your cancellation request has been approved. All cancellation requests are subject to approval, and Bub & Ma reserves the right to not approve a cancellation request, for any reason, including orders that have been processed and shipped. Please see our Return Policy for more information.
